A named-surgeon CABG offer with defined medical inclusions. It supplies no package-specific outcomes cohort or comparative access-route results.
The operation determines which prices are meaningful. These guides identify the named treatment, included care and missing cost items.
Start by separating mitral repair, surgical valve replacement and TAVI. These are different treatments with different implants, hospital pathways and possible follow-up costs. A single “heart valve price” can hide the distinction that matters most to your decision.
Valve replacement adds a prosthetic valve to the cost; repair may use an annuloplasty ring and other materials. Combined surgery and additional hospital care can change either total. Repair and replacement are clinically interchangeable only when both are suitable for the actual valve disease.

The offer lists consultations, tests and imaging, robotic surgery, hospital monitoring, follow-up, transfers and accommodation. Its hotel duration differs between the summary and description. Request a written version that reconciles the inclusions before using it as a travel budget.

An advertised total covers only its stated scope. These cost areas explain why two prices for “heart surgery” may describe very different care.

An isolated valve operation and combined valve-plus-bypass surgery are different scopes. A named implant, a robot-assisted approach, prior surgery and extra hospital care can also change the offer. Compare written proposals after the teams have reviewed the same records.
A lower starting price may still be useful, but the decision changes if recovery support, extra nights or the intended operation are missing. Keep both the clinical plan and the financial assumptions visible.
Destination comparisons link to named teams and concrete care packages. Hisar and Teknon offer different CABG packages; US and European HCM centres generally require individual estimates. Available figures do not support uniform national price bands or a US/Europe savings ratio.
