As part of the routine preoperative assessment, all patients undergo: * Blood tests * Urine analysis * Urine culture * Chest X-ray * Electrocardiogram (ECG) These evaluations are included in the surgical package and do not require any additional payment. For patients under the age of 38, only blood and urine tests are required. For patients aged 38 and above, a more comprehensive assessment is performed, including blood tests, urine analysis, ECG, and a chest X-ray. Our primary concern is to ensure that there is no urinary tract infection. If the urine culture result is clear (no bacterial growth), and depending on availability, the surgery can be scheduled as early as the following day, based on the patient’s preference. During the anesthesia process, every patient is carefully evaluated by our anesthesiologist. The final decision regarding surgical eligibility is made jointly by the anesthesiology team and the attending physician. After the procedure, patients are typically able to return to their normal daily activities either on the same day or the following day, depending on their overall condition.
